Air Conditioning Discharge Pipe Fits For Ford Fiesta VI 1.4L 2011 AP31-19972-DA
Our A/C Pipes are highly flexible, making them perfect for refrigerant lines. They are Multi-layer structure designed and have many properties, such like temperature adaptability (high temperature resistance)low permeability, chemical resistance and specification diversity.
Automobile air conditioning pipes can work stably for a long time in the temperature range of -40℃ to 135℃, meeting the requirements of refrigerant circulation heat exchange.
By optimizing material formula and structural design, automotive air conditioning pipes have low refrigerant permeability, especially for the new refrigerant R1234yf, which can effectively reduce refrigerant leakage.
The material of automobile air conditioning pipes can withstand the chemical action of refrigerants and compressor oils and has good chemical corrosion resistance.

In a car's air conditioning system, the air conditioning pipes are the "blood vessels" connecting key components (compressor, condenser, evaporator, fluid storage tank, etc.). They transport the refrigerant, circulating it between different states to achieve the cooling effect. For example, when the driver turns on the air conditioning, the compressor compresses the low-pressure gaseous refrigerant into a high-temperature, high-pressure gas. This gas is then fed through a high-pressure pipe to the condenser, where it dissipates the heat and becomes a high-pressure liquid. This liquid then passes through a throttle tube or expansion valve into the evaporator, where it quickly becomes a low-temperature, low-pressure gas, absorbing heat from the vehicle and delivering cool air. Throughout this process, the high-pressure and low-pressure pipes, as well as the rubber hoses, perform both transmission and sealing functions. If the pipes leak or become clogged, the entire air conditioning system will not function properly.
